I need a sales receipt for an order placed prior to April 28, 2006. How do I request one?

To receive a sales receipt for an order placed prior to April 28, 2006, email us at customer_support@csi.ca.

You can view and print your sales receipt online through our website, www.csi.ca, for orders placed from April 28, 2006.

I missed my exam due to reasons beyond my control. Can I re-schedule my exam without any penalty?


If you missed your exam because you were sick, please fax a letter to our exam department at 1.800.361.7339 explaining your situation. You need to include supporting documentation such as a doctor's note.

To determine if you are able to rebook your exam without a penalty, you can also email exam_scheduling@csi.ca. Include your name, Student ID, course title and the reasons why you missed your exam.
