CSI’s Communicating to Succeed: Interpersonal Communications course highlights the importance of communication in relationship building and identifies the key areas that need to be developed. Students will explore the basics of the communication process before moving on to verbal and non-verbal communication. Other lessons focus on perception, listening skills and the role of communication and cultural diversity. This is an essential career development tool for client-facing professionals, and is the first of three new courses on communications and financial services.
