CIC Check

The CIC Check consists of two different study tools that allow you to assess your knowledge at different stages throughout the course. Each tool provides direction and guidance to help you focus your efforts and build your confidence. Combined with hard work and consistent effort, CIC Check can help you improve your knowledge and ultimately pass your exam, regardless of whether you are writing the Full Version exam or the Accident and Sickness exam.

Knowledge Assessment Tool

Test your overall knowledge of the CIC subject matter and determine your readiness to challenge the exam with this comprehensive knowledge assessment tool. Use the tool early in your studies to help pinpoint gaps in your knowledge base and then focus your study time on those subjects which require the most attention. Once you think you're ready to write your exam, use the tool again to ensure those knowledge gaps have been filled.

After each attempt, you'll get your overall percentage score and the percentage score for each learning domain so you can see which subjects require further study. You'll also receive a detailed report featuring:

  • The practice question
  • The correct answer
  • Your answer
  • A brief explanation of why the selected answer is correct
  • References to where the material is covered in the CIC textbook

What's more, this unique tool tracks your time, giving you the opportunity to assess your response speed. Improve your time, and your confidence, with each use.

Exam Mode

Think you're ready to take the exam? Find out for certain by using the CIC Check's Exam Mode. If you're writing the full version exam, you'll have three hours to complete 140 multiple-choice questions. If you're writing the accident and sickness exam, you'll have two hours to complete 60 multiple choice questions. Regardless of the exam you write, Exam Mode tests you on the same number of items as on the real exam - you'll learn to manage your time and stress levels and improve your chances for success.
