PBP Classroom Course Policies

1. Registration Process

For all PBP courses, send a completed registration form by mail or fax (with payment information) to the contact information noted on the registration form. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and must include payment. Registrations that are received without payment will not be processed.

2. Course Materials


Course materials will be sent to students approximately 8 to 10 weeks before the classroom start date.

3. Email Confirmation

For all PBP courses, an e-mail will be sent to you approximately 3 weeks before the start of the classroom session with the dates, times and location. Please ensure that we have your correct e-mail address on file. You can verify or modify your e-mail address using your personal student resource page at

If your course is sponsored by your employer, this information will be sent to you by your employer.

4. Travel Arrangements

For all PBP courses, do not make any travel arrangements until you have received the course material and an email confirmation with details of the classroom session. Students are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements. Lunch and mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks will be provided as part of the course. Guestrooms, breakfasts and evening meals are not provided.

5. Classroom Schedule

All PBP classroom courses are held over five days, except the Global Financial Systems and Markets (#018) course which is held over six days.

Classes are held from 8:30 AM to 5 PM daily. Students are also required to work individually and with group members during the evenings. A three hour exam is held on the last day from 8:30 to 11:30 AM.
