Strategic Wealth 360 Policies and Processes

Strategic Wealth 360 consists of three components: a telephone Client Interview, a Wealth Plan and an Oral Presentation. You’ll see information below that describes your options and our fees if you need to reschedule one of the components, or if you are unsuccessful at your Wealth Plan.

Can I reschedule my telephone Client Interview?

You are allowed to reschedule your telephone Client Interview only under extenuating circumstances such as medical or bereavement, and other circumstances. In the case of an extenuating circumstance request, you must provide relevant documentation. For more details, please see the Policies for CSI Students. To reschedule your Client Interview, please email your request to CSILearningservices@csi.ca.

Can I withdraw from or reschedule my enrolment in Strategic Wealth 360?

  • You can withdraw if you notify CSI by email, fax, or regular mail of your desire to cancel within two weeks (14 days) of your enrolment. No refunds will be provided after the initial two week period. No refunds will be provided after the Strategic Wealth 360 session has begun. See Refunds for Cancellations for more details.
  • You may reschedule your enrollment to another Strategic Wealth 360 session without penalty, if you notify CSI by email, fax, or regular mail, two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled start of your enrolled session. Students will not be permitted to reschedule their Strategic Wealth 360 session within two weeks of the start of their enrolled session.

In extenuating circumstances, CSI’s Exception Decision Process will apply.

What are my options if I am unsuccessful at the Strategic Wealth 360 Wealth Plan component?

Successful completion of the Wealth Plan component is required to pass Strategic Wealth 360. All plans are automatically marked by two markers independently of one another and those combined marks determine the final result. If the marking of your Wealth Plan results in a failing grade, you will receive feedback on your plan; to complete the program you would need to re-enroll in the program.

You are allowed to reschedule your Oral Presentation only under extenuating circumstances such as medical or bereavement, and other circumstances. In the case of an extenuating circumstance request, you must provide relevant documentation. For more details, please see the Policies for CSI Students.
