Strategic Wealth 360 Policies and ProcessesStrategic Wealth 360 consists of three components: a telephone Client Interview, a Wealth Plan and an Oral Presentation. You’ll see information below that describes your options and our fees if you need to reschedule one of the components, or if you are unsuccessful at your Wealth Plan. Can I reschedule my telephone Client Interview?You are allowed to reschedule your telephone Client Interview only under extenuating circumstances such as medical or bereavement, and other circumstances. In the case of an extenuating circumstance request, you must provide relevant documentation. For more details, please see the Policies for CSI Students. In extenuating circumstances, CSI’s Exception Decision Process will apply. What are my options if I am unsuccessful at the Strategic Wealth 360 Wealth Plan component?Successful completion of the Wealth Plan component is required to pass Strategic Wealth 360. All plans are automatically marked by two markers independently of one another and those combined marks determine the final result. If the marking of your Wealth Plan results in a failing grade, you will receive feedback on your plan; to complete the program you would need to re-enroll in the program. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, you are required to wait six months before re-enrolling in the Strategic Wealth 360. This is to encourage you to revisit your plan and also the course study materials with a focus on the areas where the feedback provided recommends further study and practice. Can I reschedule my Strategic Wealth 360 Oral Presentation?You are allowed to reschedule your Oral Presentation only under extenuating circumstances such as medical or bereavement, and other circumstances.
