In this course, you will learn how to deal with legal requirements and resolve ethical dilemmas. Specifically, you will discover how the concepts of contracts, property, types of security, and contractual liability apply to financial transactions. You will also learn about the foundational elements of ethical practice, including values, ethical dilemmas, and trust.
