The online 90-Day MF Skills Builder provides a user guide detailing program objectives and methods to optimize material usage; a module addressing ethics and the sales process in the financial services setting; a module addressing client advice and product knowledge and case studies to integrate the knowledge and solidify the understanding of the dealer’s products and procedures.

Developed exclusively by CSI, the Mutual Funds Skill Builder Training Program significantly enhances a firm’s internal training program by adding comprehensive content that helps staff gain the practical knowledge and skills required to work effectively in an advisory or sales capacity within the Mutual Funds industry. The ‘MF Skills Builder’ is designed to be completed within 90 days as part of an internal training program.

Note: This program is designed to assist with meeting the CIRO knowledge requirements for training mutual funds advisors within their member firms. Currently this CIRO requirement is not applicable in Quebec.
