What skills will you develop?
CSI’s Financial Services Industry: Business Drivers and Challenges (FSDC) course provides individuals coming from varied sectors with varying credentials, the knowledge to understand the important role of the financial services industry in the broader economy and how trust and confidence in the industry can affect it. Students will also gain knowledge and confidence when discussing the management and public policy issues of operating multiple business lines of a financial institution within an integrated entity with internal and external stakeholders.
Who should enrol?
FSDC will be of interest to anyone wanting to learn more about the business drivers of the various units within an integrated financial services firm. The course will be of specific interest to holders of recognized professional financial services industry designations who want to further their careers and get one step closer to completing the Fellow of CSI (FCSI) – CSI’s highest honour and most senior credential in Canadian financial services.
