CSI reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, change, substitute, and/or cancel any of its products and services, including but not limited to fees and student policies, at any time without further notice to you, other than by posting a notice of any such amendment, change, substitution or cancellation on the CSI Web site at www.csi.ca.
By enrolling as a student with CSI you agree that it is your responsibility to become and keep aware of CSI’s policies relevant to your purchase and use of CSI’s products and services, including but not limited to your enrolment and participation in CSI courses, examinations, and evaluations.

|CSI Courses||To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request online or by completing a course cancellation form to csi within 14 days of your enrolment. You will receive a refund for the cost of your course enrolment, less a $175 cancellation fee.
Refunds are not available for textbooks, exam related fees, extension fees, frames, certificate replacements, csi study / course support tools or any online course product such as continuing education courses and courses available online that have no proctored exam.
Note: scotiabank students must cancel through your corporate learning management system (lms).
No refunds are granted after the initial 14 days following your enrolment.
|CSC Review Webinars||If a participant wishes to cancel and receive a refund in full, they must provide a minimum of 30 days’ advance notice prior to the start of the session start date. After that the fees are non-refundable.|
|Online Products||Online products purchased are not returnable or refundable.|
|Corporate seminars and classroom courses||The cancellation / refund policy is stated in the contract signed by the corporate client. Please refer to your company’s contact.|
|Withdrawals||If you have missed the deadline to cancel your course to obtain a partial refund and you still wish to withdraw from your course please note that your enrollment cannot be reinstated. All withdrawals are final.|
